Inconsistent Tracking Information
As seller, I sent a package to buyer via USPS. USPS tracking number indicates that the package was delivered to buyer on February 18. Today, February 22, eBay information still doesn't confirm delivery of package and eBay's tracking information show estimated delivery on February 23. What's the explanation for this discrepancy? This is my first time to sell anything.
