Incomplete oder shipped, partial refund offered.
Seller shipped incomplete order, and is asking that I close the return request before partial refund is processed or balance of order is shipped. What is the correct procedure ?
What if I close the claim and He neither sends the refund or remaining pieces of order ?

Mentor3 years agoDo NOT close the case until you've received your refund. Only a scammer would tell you that.
If the order was incomplete, you should return it for a full refund and the seller must pay for return shipping. You don't have to accept a partial refund.
If the seller does not refund or provide a return label within 3 business days of opening the case, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund (no return required).
