Incomplete item delivered
I ordered an item that was listed as new in box. The box arrived on time but was missing components. I sent the seller a message via ebay and informed them of the missing component along with a picture of the component that was missing. Seven days pass with no response and I send another message raising my concerns about the missing parts. 24 more hours have passed since I've tried contacting them a second time using the ebay message resource. What recourse do I have when the seller does not want to respond to my messages about missing parts of my order?
