Incomplete International Address
I sold a motorcycle part to a buyer in Czech Republic. Item was paid for. I shipped it to the address supplied by the buyer. A month later, the item is returned, marked as Unclaimed, Return to Sender.
I sent the buyer a message via ebay asking for a better address. Crickets.
I asked the Czech embassy, and they replied the address is incomplete, so not able to help.
Is there anything else I can do?

Then add the buyer to your blocked list so they can not try to buy again since they are not responding.

OP3 weeks agoNot about to give a refund as I already had to eat some of the shipping cost. I did an A.I. search on this partial address and it came back with a possible "correct" address, so I mailed a letter to them requesting they contact me through Ebay. We shall see.
