Incirrect bank details
I sold an item and payment has been made but to a now defunct bank account. (I had not changed my bank details and no longer hold an account with previous bank) I can't contact ER-Bay to advise them and although the payment has been made iIhave not received the payment

Contact the bank where the payout went and inquire about your money and if they can issue you a check.
