incentive to purchase between certain dates
I purchased a radio in Dec; the offer says $22 rebate between certain dates, which i did. I'd like to receive $22

If that Rebate was in the Description or Title or in a message with an Offer from the Seller then it is bogus. I am not aware of any eBay "Rebate" program.
