The items in your Feed are all taken from your Watch List, your Saved Sellers or your Saved Searches. If you look closely at your Feed using a desktop browser, each entry will indicate the source.
If the items are due to one of your Saved Sellers listing those items, you will have to delete that seller from your Saved Seller list to delete those items from your Feed. If the items are due to one of your searches, you may be able to modify your search to exclude them, or else delete the search if not.
