Buyer paid $20 + $10 shipping for some ski pants. Buyer claims "Item not as described, doesn't match description or photos. I want my full refund". However, the item is EXACTLY as described and perfectly matches the photos. So the buyer is a liar.
Buyer returned the ski pants, and they appear to be undamaged. Should I refund both the $20 cost of the item as well as the $10 shipping, or just the cost of the pants? I did not pay for the return shipping, unless it's going to be charged to me at some later time. Anyone experienced with this problem?
Thanks in advance.

If you provided the return label it will be charged to your account after delivery to you has been confirmed.
If the Buyer abused the return process, which it sounds like they did, then the FIRST think you do is use the Report Buyer link on the item and alert eBay of their abuse.
After doing that go to the refund page and see if you can withhold the original shipping the Buyer paid, if so then do that and only refund the item price.
