Inaccurate shipping estimated

When selecting which provider to use, while using eBay’s shipping calculator, the estimates for fed ex ground are more than 100 percent lower than what is shown to an interested party when viewing my auction. I have verified this by signing out and viewing the auction anonymously using various zip codes. This problem is happening.with everything I list using the FedEx option. It is not a one off. Has anyone else had this issue? Do you have a solution?Is there any way I can call an Ebay representative about it?

Mentor3 weeks ago@mopedmorse Did you change the destination zip code when you were checking shipping prices on the shipping calculator?
The shipping prices do look about right on the items. Keep in mind when a package is over 1 cubic foot dimensional surcharges apply.
I personally would ship the Sax UPS Ground and buy the shipping label on Pirateship dot com. They do charge the same price as eBay but help with insurance claims and surcharge disputes.
If you use Fed Ex you should choose Home Delivery.
The hybrid services for Fed Ex and UPS where they hand off to USPS for the final delivery do not have a good track record and also the insurance is limited.
