Inaccurate Payments & Purchases
Hey, I've been experiencing some weird activity on my eBay account. My situation is, I own a sports card & memorabilia store, and upgraded my eBay & PayPal accounts to business accounts. Since doing so my accounts have had issues. Error messages, Purchases charged to wrong account, and Questionable purchases that weren't verified. It has been a big headache as I've had to trace back every purchase to see which orders had a discrepancy. Has anyone had this happen to them before, and if so how were you able to get this resolved?
Why does eBay separate each order when purchasing from multiple sellers? Example: In the past, I'll order 50 items from 30 different sellers and have 30 different transactions in my bank account. Isn't it obvious to eBay it's better for businesses to have the orders process in a single transaction through bank accounts. Then have the invoice details of that single transaction with a break down of all the sellers & orders included. Amazon, Fanatics, and other companies do it. Why not eBay?
