Inaccurate listing
Can a dealer list a picture of several items for sale at one price and after payment send a message telling me which of the items shown in the picture i wanted, though the listing did not mention one item at that price

That sounds like a new seller that doesn’t understand how listings work.
I would ask him to cancel your purchase - explain to him that his listing is not set up to choose between multiple items, and the way he listed it shows all of the items for that one price. You can’t force him to ship them all, so I would help him by explaining his mistake.
