Inaccurate Listing
I purchased an item in November 2022, and was unable to complete the install until recently. Upon doing so I realized the part was not to the specifications in the original listing, I am outside of the refund/return policy and the item was listed as 'returns not accepted.' I don't necessarily need to return the item, but it will require more parts and labor on my behalf. I have messaged the seller to no avail, and their eBay store appears to be closed. What course of action, if any, can I take at this point?

·3 years agoIf you paid through Pay Pal, they give you 180 days to open a case or contact your credit card.
