Inaccurate item description
Received a drum that was described in "excellent/like new condition". It has lots of wear and tear on all the hardware including the stand. I paid for shipping and now seller expects me to pay for return shipping costs which will be a total of over 100.00 out of pocket for an item that wasn't in the condition it was listed in. How do I recover my shipping costs?
