Inaccurate information in listing
I made a purchase based on the information in the listing. I received a completely different product. I contacted the seller who admitted the error and offered a refund if I returned the product OR a $20 rebate if I kept the product. I responded that I wanted the refund and requested a shipping label from the seller for the return. I paid over $12 to receive the incorrect item - I am not going to pay to ship it back to the seller. It has been RADIO SILENCE from the seller for 4 days now.
One other wrinkle is the listing states "No Returns" but the seller has admitted that they shipped me bad product and just used "stock photos", not actual product photos or information.
How do I get Ebay to intervene on this and get my money back?

Mentor3 years agoOpen a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
