Inability to downgrade feedback
I left feedback after I emailed the seller and told them the item was fine EXCEPT it reeked of cigarette smoke/smell. I told them I would leave + feedback anyway but that they should be careful about that in the future. They never responded to me. I wanted to revise my + feedback to include that issue since they were rude not to respond to the favor I did them, but now I see one cant revise feedback downward. What if you leave + feedback when you first get an item and a couple hours or days later you discover a serious issue? That's NOT FAIR.

Mentor1 year agoPositive feedback cannot be revised. Perhaps in the future, you can wait a bit before leaving feedback, as you do have 60 days in which to leave it. For now, you can always scroll to the bottom of your feedback and click on this link
