Inability to buy things

As of the last week I can not purchase anything. No emails telling me why, nothing. Its like they are chasing me to other venues. can't contact anyone, no one has contacted me.

Click on "Automated chat" on the left side of the screen. (Yes, really.)

Add â€˜agent' in the chat box that popped up.

Answer questions if showing up.

Find the agent, maybe under "More actions".

Make a choice for a chat or a call to you.
