In the publication it said new, closed box, but it was used and I didn't realize
I am contacting you about the purchase I made on September 17, 2023 of an iPhone 12 mini. I received the iPhone and used it normally and yesterday I detected that the battery has 85% maximum capacity. I complained to Apple and they pointed out that the warranty has expired because the cell phone has been activated for more than a year. I told them it couldn't be because I bought it new less than a year ago and Apple told me how to check the date of the first activation of the cell phone. In doing so, I discovered that the cell phone that freedomcomtec sold me as new in September 2023, actually had a first activation two years earlier. Its first activation was on September 7, 2021. Therefore, I understand that on September 17, 2023, they sold me a used item as if it were new. When I bought it new, not only was it used, but the Apple warranty had already expired. I feel cheated by you.
The seller does not respond to the message on eBay they do not give me a response. Can somebody help me?

Mentor2 years agoUnfortunately, ebay's Money Back Guarantee expires 30 days after receipt of the item, so ebay cannot help you. If you paid with Paypal, you have up to 180 days to file a return. As a last resort, contact your credit card issuer if that is how you paid.
