In the middle of a return request due to INAD. Seller is asking for more photos .
Hello,
I'm in the process of a return due to an INAD. The item in question is a computer power supply. The original listing had only two photos, the front and back of the box, which was the model of power supply I wanted. What was shipped to me was that box flattened and a different brand and specification of power supply.
When I initiated the return process I included 3 photos. 2 of the now flattened box, front and back, and 1 of the PSU with the label showing the differing brand and specs.
The seller is now asking for additional photos of the power supply (photos that will contain nothing more than metal and a few QA stamps). I'm happy to oblige but I'm not sure how to include additional photos in my reply. Ebay sent me an email and directed me to click on "See return details". I did and it allows me to send a worded response but there isn't a place to attach photos.
Can someone please tell me how to send additional photos?

OP3 years agoThank you. I will send more anyway but I will start the clock on that label.

Mentor3 years agoIf you want to send more, you can do that through eBay messaging, but it sounds like you sent enough photos
The seller has 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
