In regards to a Feedback I left for another
Hi My record here on eBay is excellent after many years. A few months ago bought something. My order cancelled and $ refunded. I then see same item,same Seller,selling it for about 3 times the price I got.
Got tired of seeing it pop up as "please leave feedback rating etc, so I left a Neutral and no comment.
The seller then left me feedback "**bleep**" Is that allowed? Can they do that?!? Thank you for a reply.

No, it is not. Calling you an vulgarism like that is a violation of policy. You can report the seller for violating policy here https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/resolving-issues-sellers/report-issue-seller?id=4022 and request that the feedback comment be removed.
