You used Reserve price on this listing which is an optional listing upgrade and the fee is due even if the item doesn't sell. Reserve price is 7.5% or $5, whichever is greater. Always start auctions at the least amount you are willing to accept to avoid additional fees.

Anytime you see a fee at the bottom of the screen before you submit the listing then that the fee is due even if it does not sell.
