Wouldn't a buyer have to view an item first before it could be placed on a watch? I show many items 0 Views and 1-5 watches. How could it be watched if it hasn't been viewed? Is this an error in Ebays program?

Items can be added to a watch list directly from the search results without incurring a view.

Or items could have been viewed more than thirty days ago and watched then, which would not be counted among current views.

Or there could be an error with the way eBay counts views or displays the view number in your account.
