In correct address for delivery from the buyer ? Request
Just got an Email stating from the buyer, That the item paid and is set for delivery on Monday 8/28/023 . Just wondering if is a scam. I checked my address and is correct. Can you please investigate this issue from buyer. Asking to re.forward address. Greatly appreciated. Thanx

Mentor2 years ago@riv_884882. First make sure it's your buyer, scammers will look at sold items and try to trick a seller.
You MUST ship to the address provided by the buyer at checkout. The only way to change the address and not lose seller protection for tracking proof of delivery is to cancel the sale as problem with buyers address, refund the buyer, they then pay again and put the correct address at checkout.

To keep your seller protection, you were required to ship to the address provided with the notification of payment from Ebay.
Are you sure the message came from your actual buyer?
