In an INAD return for purchase price over $750, is signature required for the return label?
Long story short, bought a counterfeit watch, issued an INAD return and seller accepted it.
On the return label, there's no signature requirement. My understanding is its required, but seller disagrees.
Tried chatting with an agent, he said something like just ship it, once eBay's system sees item delivered in the tracking, I get my refund.
I was extremely skeptical about the call center guy.
I'm not a lawyer by training, but it seems pretty explicit that a valid return order for an item worth over $750 needs signature confirmation.
Plan on calling again later, in the past, 3 different agent will tell me 3 different things.
Also can't see "ask eBay for help button" even though its been 3 business days since I initiated the return.
Thanks in advance!

DON'T use the Ask eBay for help button right now.
Use eBay's social media customer service to get assistance

Just sent a private message to the page explaining what happened.
I believe since the seller sent the label, it doesn't need the signature requirement. If you bought a label yourself, it would need the requirement.
If it makes you feel more comfortable, you can probably add signature required at the Post Office counter. I believe it is $4.95
