Hello All,
Just curious why eBay doesn't put a time limit on the "1 in cart" as i have had several of these that never buy my item and currently there is one with one item in three carts. Other posts have said send them offers and I have tried that but to no avail. You cannot message these carters so to speak, so why not put a one week limit on it, eBay contacts the perspective buyer letting them know their time is running out on a great item.

Why should there be a limit on how long a buyer holds an item in their cart. There are all sorts of good reasons a buyer would add an item to their cart and leave it there. It benefits you as a seller to have your items in carts - there aren't any downsides.
Sometimes eBay will display how many buyers have an item in their carts to spur on someone else to hurry and buy it. That's a GOOD thing.
BTW, you should address the problem with your VO5 shampoo listing before it's reported or eBay finds it. Sellers are not allowed to sell open bottles of beauty items. Imagine what might be growing in there and what it might do to the head of the user. You could either take the listing down or drain and wash it out and sell it as an empty bottle only.
