Impossible to reach eBay customer service now
It didn’t used to be this way as a seller. I used to be able to have eBay customer service call me. But now, it’s impossible to reach customer service on the phone and the chat is a bot! I hate eBay now! They waste so much of my time by forcing me to go around in circles trying to get assistance. I’m going to find another platform to sell my items.
