Impossible to pay for item.
Trying to pay for item, i see in bank account that transaction happened and then in few second money returns back. On page I see notification that i need to choose another payment option, I tried them all, but nothing happens.

Are you trying to pay for something here on ebay.com, with a desktop PC or with the app?
Does your billing address exactly match your payment method?
Have you logged off, cleared your cookies/cache, logged back on and tried using a different browser ?
