Impossible to get a refund
I bought an essential oil from a buyer, and immediately there were shipping issues. The postal service didn't sort the package for 5 days, so it just sat there and I spoke to the seller about it. We were both excited when it finally began to move. I was thinking oh, it's going to be late, but it's on the way! It arrived 100 miles from my house, were it sat there...and sat Buy there...and sat there..now 11 days. And Ebay will not help me. There idea of help is to te tell me.its.on the way..(so they can get out of refunding me) and tell me wait 10 more days..because it's on the way! Promise!!! I've been on Ebay for 20 years, and I have never had one negative feedback. I know when a package is either not marked correctly, by the seller usually. But the postal service has marked it incorrectlu tel before too. Look don't tell me it's on the way...we've already played those games. Refund me.and let me buy this essential oil somewhere else.

Do you intend to repay the seller if you receive the item after being refunded? Your seller will have no way to get their money back otherwise.
