IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT EBAY AND GET A REFUND DUE ME
i bought 2 rolls of masking tape. was sent a tracking number for a 9 pound box going to a different zip code than mine. seller has not responded. opened a 'case' with ebay and after a few days got an answer that since i got my item and seller does not do refunds, ebay will not refund me. i cannot get a live person or any way to explain situation. obviously they did not read my prior messages. what can i do please?
