Impossible to buy something from USA ebay store and ship it abroad using own international forwarder
Hi,
I have a cart with some items in it from an USA based saler. I don't live in USA and I have DHL account in my country. I wish to use it and send DHL to pick up the goods from the saler.
Hi declared all items as local pickup, but when I try to pay them the site blocks the transaction saying no shipment to my country possible. I don't leave in a country with restriction. It's an eurean union country.
Please help
How the saler have to define the transport
What I as buyer have to do to finalize this transaction.
