It depends on how the seller ships your purchase. If sent through the mail, your postal carrier will leave a note in your mailbox with the amount due. You would then go to your PO and pay it and get your item.
If sent DHL, fedex or ups, the carrier will send you either an email or text with the amount due and a link to pay.
