import fees From the UK to USA info if i can get it.
Bought a paper manual item from woodhurst, Cambridgeshire, United Kingdom to USA 59044. Payment went threw ok. I Have two 2 shipping notices regarding this item. one states that "Arrived at our international hub. Your item will be prepared and shipped to you." the other says "

it said at check out there are No More Fees, I Believe it was stated in the item shipping area in the listing and in checkout that these where Free. i was lead to believe there where No More Things To Pay. I Read the facts for Global shipping. I thought it said if using Global shipping they would Include all the fees at checkout if there where any, and that Pitney Bows would take care of them if there where and it will be included at check out. now i am getting "Due to US Customs policies, you will need to pay import fees for this order to the shipping carrier prior to delivery."
I'm Confused now.
what did i mis interpret? why do i need to pay the carrier now??

Mentor9 months agoI would go to your Purchase history, locate the transaction, click on View Order Details, and print it out and show it to the carrier when s/he arrives.
