Import fees
I communicate why UPS is trying to charge me an import fee and according to the eBay publication page of the item I bought this fee is included in the price of the item and I paid the price in full. In other words, if this fee has to be paid, the seller has to pay it, not me as the buyer. Of course the article's publication page says so and here I send you a copy of what the page says. I already contacted the seller but he hasn't answered me. I hope you can resolve this.
