Import Fees
Hello, as I am writing this I am trying to stay calm as I have been unable to get any assistance from ebay customer support whatsoever in fact, I have not even been able to contact ebay customer support, there is no option to do this, the automotive assistant is the only option for me at the moment and it is maddening. I pay hundreds of dollars in fees to ebay for using the platform but get no customer support.
Anyway this question is not about ebay customer support, a customer contacted me with a notification they have received on their order page regarding import fees.
They are querying me about it, they are not very happy about it. I don't know what to tell them as no other customer has ever mentioned this before.
If anyone is able to Advise on the situation I would be most grateful.

Mentor8 months agoTell them that the import fees are beyond your control.
They would have seen the notification regarding import fees on the listing page before they purchased the item.
From your listing pages when you click on "shipping":
Due to US customs policies, the buyer of this item will need to pay import fees to the shipping carrier prior to delivery.
