Impacted by the winter storm

Good evening!

I have been on Ebay for quite a few years, but I have never dealt with a situation where weather has impacted my ability to ship my products.

Is there somewhere I need to give notification to Ebay that I have been impacted so my ratings are not affected? Or do you just reach out to your customers and let them know their shipment has been delays because of the weather?

It's a good idea to let your buyer's know about a possible delivery delay due to the bad weather situation. But eBay will make sure you don't receive a defect for late shipping. See announcement here:
