Immune 150 giving false information about eBay

Is eBay going after this ancient man who does the commercials for Immune 150, some kind of vitamins? He says that eBay is selling fake Immune 150 which might be true. I don't know. But then he goes too far. He then explains that these scammers of his vitamins are only after your credit card. Then a man is shown who is shocked at seeing his credit card bill, and implies that the scammers have hacked his credit card and has run up a bill.

We know that eBay handles all payments, so this would not be possible. I believe people who are capable of thought and not really familiar with eBay, may believe anything they buy on eBay could be hacked if criminals can steal your credit card information for some little vitamins. At any rate when I am watching the news in the morning on different channels, this old guy comes on with this commercial on a variety of channels, and should be stopped from making these false claims about eBay. Would one of you mentors pass this information on to the powers that be?? You can even take credit for the idea.
