immediately cancelled (2) orders but no seller reply
Made mistake buying (2) orders from same seller zeeherbs and quickly cancelled both orders last night. No reply or message or record of cancellation. I have communicated with ebay automated assistant that at first had no record of the purchases!! I am a good buyer over 10 years, rarely cancel orders dissatisfied and would like an agent to speak to but seems impossible. Please help me speak to ebay customer service.
