Immediate payment
Why don't I have the option to turn on immediate payments when selling something but my boyfriend does on his eBay account? Where do I find it? How can I fix this?

That may be Alert 16317, it is a technical issue eBay has been working on that affects some accounts.
I suggest that you reach out to eBay and let them know your account can't select Immediate payment required. Social Media might be best since this is a Holiday weekend but here is what we share when needing to be in contact with eBay:
We recently learned that many of the links we post to Request a call back are now simply forwarding members to eBay's Customer Service "How can we help you today?" page (link below). On that page members have to complete numerous choices before being given ways to be in direct contact with eBay. Depending on the subject, representative availability and other factors requesting a call back may or may not be possible. Chat or an email may be provided. If you get a Chat box Type “AGENT in the box. You can also contact eBay through Social Media if you have accounts there.
