I'm unsure what my deadline is to send my parcel

Question

I have an offer from a buyer but I will not be able to ship it out until Wednesday afternoon/Thursday Morning because I'm waiting for the shipping material as it's a heavy/delicate item.

My listing says 2 days and will not allow me to change it, what can I do?

I don't want to get issues for a late ship or canceled order.

Here in the US Sellers set their Handling time which is when they will ship their items out.
