I'm unclear on if I'll get a refund
I had recently bought an item that arrived broken, so I requested to return the item. The return had gotten approved and I thought I had until the seller's listed date (the 24th) to return the item. I don't look at my Ebay often, but I happened to look yesterday and I got a message that I was supposed to send the item back by the 14th, and that if I didn't I might not receive a refund. So now I'm going to ship the item back tomorrow, but is it too late to get a refund? Also for some reason on the computer website it doesn't say its even the 14th yet. Will I get a refund? I also tried to chat with Ebay, but it doesn't seem to work.

·3 years agoIf you don't get it shipped back by the date that Ebay gave you for the return, they can close the case and you won't get a refund.
