I'm unable to send an invoice for unpaid items as i get error
I'm not able to send an invoice for unpaid items as I'm getting the below error message and not sure how to get this to go through
Sorry, you cannot send invoice for all these transactions as payment seems to have completed for some of them. Please retry again with unpaid transactions.

Mentor2 years agoebay is now requiring a payment method when buyers Make Offers or place bids, so the buyer will automatically be charged if the seller accepts the offer, or if the buyer ends up the winner of an auction. They are doing this to try and reduce unpaid transactions. The default for sellers is to require auto pay, but sellers can opt out by going to their buyer requirements.
Therefore, go to Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting payment
in order to locate those orders that are not yet paid for.
