Make sure you are not signed in to a different eBay account than the one you used to make the original order.
The account you are posting with was created today.
If you ordered using a different eBay account, sign in to that account and check your Purchase History.
If you made a purchase as a guest, sign out of this account, then use the "order details" link in the email you received from eBay regarding the guest purchase.
