I'm trying to ship a Bible and Media Mail is not an option. Since when?

Is Media Mail gone? I just sold a Bible and the Media Mail option for shipping is not available today. Any help is appreciated.

Hi @southerngirlssellcoolstuff

First, for this shipment you can buy a Media Mail label at the Post Office then take the receipt with the tracking number back home and manually enter it for tracking purposes.

If you sell anything else that meets criteria for Media Mail make sure when you create the listing that choice is in the shipping area as @evry1nositswindy mentioned. It sounds like Seller error when creating the initial listing for the Bible.

Do you have it listed in the books category? Media mail is only an option for certain categories. You can go to the PO, as media mail prices are the same.
