Mentor1 year agoBuyers can only REQUEST to cancel a transaction. It is up to the seller to file the cancellation. If the seller has already filed the cancellation, it may be too late to stop it. If the transaction has already been cancelled,. the seller can relist the item and you can repurchase it.
