I'm trying to reach a person at ebay. Phone number?
My account isnt showing a recent purchase. I received it today. I want to return it. I can't start a return w/o it showing on my history/recent purchases

Make sure you are not signed in to a different eBay account than the one you used to make the original purchase. Find the transaction in your Purchase History and go from there.
If you purchased as a guest, first sign out of your eBay account, then use the "order details" link in the email you received from eBay.
