I'm trying to find out why an item I purchased doesn't show and I have not yet received it.

Question

I'm trying to reach someone on e-bay and have been unsuccessful. How do I reach someone at the company whom I purchased from? It was supposed to arrive by April 15 and here we are April 18.

If you used your Ebay account to make the purchase, do the following:

Go to your Purchase History and click on Order Details next to the item title to see if the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed.

IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:

Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history

Select â€œMore actionsâ€ beside your item and then â€œI didn't receive it.â€
Click the box beside I want a refund.
Select Send request.

If the seller does not respond after 3 business days, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.

Find the item in your Purchase History
Select See request details
Select â€œAsk eBay to step in.â€

If you made the purchase as a guest, follow these instructions:

Find your order confirmation email. The subject line starts with "Order Confirmed".
Select View order details in the body of the email.
Select Contact seller.
Select I haven't received my item yet.
Choose No, I want to contact the seller.
Fill in the details and then hit Submit.
