I'm trying to contact security department and can't get past the robot
I need to speak with a live person asap I can't get one on the phone no matter what options I select. I was just contacted by sell who sold me a file with malware and spyware. My computer was hacked brand new computer I have the receipt and can prove within an hour of purchasing my computer I had malware only think I have done was turned on the computer down loaded my file from a seller who kept demanding I have him my password to install the software I bought I refused to give it to him a couple hours later I finally got a link not paying attention not realizing it was not a google link I clicked it and noticed he sent me http: not https: and I didn't realize it until I clicked it about an hour later my printer started print code when I tried to print called the number that I searched for epson and it sent me to another number epson fake epson iv spoken to epson and it was fraud the guy tried to fix my problem saying for 499 he would fix alll the problems telling me their swas a foreign IP address accessing my house there sure was the guy that sold it to me the guy has about 5 at least I've noticed the the response time sand how the adds rotate out they always respond the same and always insist on installing and wanting password I had an account I let one of them install before I realized what was going but yesterday confirmed it. Apple when I called them about the computer said it was that file I ran the file its self through chatGPT it told me their was something in the file. that file has never been even opened so it came with the download from the unsecured server then I gave him good feed back to see his reply and he straight said I was surprised to see you have me such good feed back I dont know why he would think that I never once let me know I know anything thin as I plan to contact cyber crimes and report this along with everyone selling fake traffic ALL of that is bot traffic I know iv done my research perched a couple. I am a blogger and bought a couple times just to see the difference I blog on internet safety on one of my blogs. I hope eBay contacts me back as I recommend an full investigation on all of the people selling them cheap web sites I was able to sell one for 70 and had to drop prices down to 20 dollars on the same websites I sell for 300 on auction sites and I plan only have mine listed until I'm done with my research project on this. But this needs to be stopped as eBay is allowing people to sell bot traffic that is people stealing financial info and people escaping content I have had 2 websites that had a 100 views day I bought traffic and mytime spent on page was 55 seconds and dropped to one I was suppose to have 100 thousand views. I got a fake link from one showing traffic google showed none. and another now I had 50000 bots in 12 hours this was months go and as of a month ago I was still getting 100000 views and the page was destoryed I had to take the webpage down and it still had showing traffic going to it. this is a whole group other than scammers probably 3-4 total. but something needs to be done about they are selling the sites so cheap trying to get as much of the malware out their as they can you are distributing it for them the link is in my message along with where I kept trying to get him to upload it threw Hostinger and he would not I thought because he wanted to plant something in my c panel but witch I was right he wouldn't even install the file like he claims once it had to be done the way the host has it safely set up to and had to beg to get it on a link. he then said if you have problems let me know right away. Im not going install the file on my computer to see what's on it chatGPT said not too. but iv tried to contact eBay and can't Get past this part I've done my part to try and contact them but they make it impossible. they should have a safe process to upload and down load files so they rant download direct websites are sold as files so their should be a file transfer option for selling websites not a tracking number for the post office
