I'm trying to close my account
I was recent diagnosed with ALS I'm trying to close my account but I'm seller restricted from 7 years ago when tried to sell outside of ebay . Its holding up process ,Can anyone help thanks!

OP2 years agoContacted eBay basically they won’t close the account even though I have a selling strike On me that won’t allow me to sell they told me I had to sell more items but then when I told them I couldn’t sell any items because I was suspended from doing so they basically told me they couldn’t ever close the account because of the selling strike so just in case someone reads this don’t get us selling strike otherwise you won’t be ever ever able to close your account with eBay. It’s basically a ghost account now
