If you are a Buyer using PayPal then you need to make sure you have enough money in that account to make a purchase or set up a back up payment method for the times when you do not have sufficient funds to purchase something.
This forum is not eBay, we are volunteer Buyers and Sellers assisting other members with questions on how to use eBay. Now would be a good time to get all your money where you want it and your account set up so you can make successful purchases.
