@princessc-80 I think that you are the seller. Is that correct?
If the buyer has filed a not received refund request case then you MUST refund the buyer.
If you do not refund the buyer willingly then eBay will step in and force a refund. If eBay forces a refund you will receive a DEFECT and will not get your sellers fees back.
DEFECTS seriously hurt a sellers account especially for a low feedback seller.
Have you filed a missing mail search with the postal carrier? Is your item really shipping from Florida or is it coming from another location?
Go to your Purchase history and locate the item. Look at the estimated delivery date. When it is at least 1 day past that date, but not more than 30 days past, you can file a refund request for Item Not Received. The seller will have 3 days to respond with either a tracking number showing Delivered or refund you in full. If the seller does neither, on day 4, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
If it is past the 30 days, you can contact your credit card issuer, if that is how you paid, about a charge back. Most credit card issuers can help for up to 180 days from the transaction.
