I'm selling a 72" TV. Can I local deliver this unit?
We are selling a 72" LCD screen. We have a truck and crew available to deliver the item to the customer.
Before I list it, however, what do I need to do to ensure that I am following eBay's shipping requirements? Also, I would like to protect myself against the following (after completing the delivery:)
The customer states they did not receive it
The customer states the unit arrived damaged
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The buyer will get a QR code which you scan on delivery. That proves it was delivered.
There is no way to protect against a customer stating the item is defective or damaged if they pay by credit card or PayPal. The only way to protect for that is cash on delivery.
